Privacy Policy

You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture, and we attach your RocketFlow plan to that Google account.

• Plan tier: Silver, Gold, or Diamond
• Prepaid period, when a paid plan ends, and whether the account is active or suspended
• Usage counters that enforce the daily cap: prompts allowed, used today, remaining, and bonus balance
• Referral code, whether a code was attached, bonus prompts earned, and campaign claims

Prompt queues, generation settings, downloads, and the side-panel gallery run locally in Chrome or Edge. We do not store your prompts or the images and video you generate. Finished files download to your device. Closing the target tab stops the run.

RocketFlow uses the session you already have open on a third-party site such as Google Flow, Grok, Dreamina, Jimeng, or Meta AI. We do not receive that site’s password.

We do not store full card numbers, e-wallet credentials, or QRIS payloads. Indonesia checkouts are processed by Midtrans in rupiah. Checkouts elsewhere are processed by Lemon Squeezy in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record for those payments. Each provider gets what it needs to charge you and to tell us whether the payment succeeded. Their own privacy notices cover that data.

• Run referrals: 50 bonus prompts when a qualifying referral is attached, once per account
• Keep the service secure, stop abuse, and answer support requests

We do not sell personal information.

• Authorities, when the law requires a disclosure

Account and usage records stay while the account exists, and for a short time after, so we can resolve a billing dispute or an abuse report. Payment records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete the account data we hold, except records we must keep.

Sign out whenever you like. To access, correct, or delete the account data we hold, email hello@rhearesearch.id from the Google address on the account. Prompts and downloads on a device are yours to clear from the browser.

RocketFlow is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

Sign-in, hosting, and payment providers may process data outside Indonesia. If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
